RHEOBYK-D 420AndRHEOBYK-7420 CAIt is the preferred anti-settling additive, suitable for producing aqueous pigment, filler, and matting agent concentrates. These two additives possess excellent shear-thinning properties, offering significant advantages during the feeding process of concentrates due to their low viscosity. Additionally, they effectively regulate the thixotropic flow behavior of the system, optimizing anti-sag performance and improving leveling effects. When the additive is stirred into the coating system, it forms a three-dimensional network structure. The resulting thixotropic flow characteristics are particularly suitable for preventing sedimentation and syneresis, enhancing sag resistance without compromising leveling performance.
